S Sound Speech Therapy Worksheets
Speech therapy is a form of physical therapy that focuses on improving speech and language skills. It relies on observation of the individual or child’s speech habits, including errors in production or perception.
Speech therapists can work with kids who have trouble pronouncing words, use an incorrect pitch or intonation, speak too loudly or softly, speak too quickly or too slowly, or have trouble catching their breath. This type of therapy is often used for people who stutter and people with lisps.
Speech therapy has been shown to be beneficial for children who are learning to speak and adults whose jobs require them to speak frequently. For children, articulation activities such as games / worksheets or things involving manipulatives will help them tremendously.
