How to Print 2 Pages on 1 Sheet

So, I’ve been asked this question so many times I decided to make a visual post to actually show teachers how you can print two pages on one sheet and in turn SAVE PAPER.

I love it when I can just print out a sheet and then only need half the amount of paper to hand it out to my class. For instance in one class I have about 20 students – you only need 10 of those sheets to cut in half and hand them out. 🙂

I am using one of my ESL flashcards to show you an example of this in this post. 🙂 Of course, you could use any activity unit you’ve got to do this – I am using PDF (an Adobe program) I’m sure you could do this in PowerPoint, however you won’t get the best results.

Firstly bring up the print page by heading to FILE –> PRINT.

In Step 2 choose PAGE SCALING –> MULTIPLE PAGES PER SHEET shown below.
Choose as many pages you want to print on one –> for instance 4 or 2. Then clik PRINT and wait.
I hope this post helped you out if you didn’t know this before. Sometimes it’s harder to actually understand how to do this unless you’re shown visually – I’m a visual learner myself. 🙂
