Why Choose Stevia for Your Brownies?

Stevia is a natural, plant-based sweetener that’s 200-300 times sweeter than sugar but contains zero calories. It’s derived from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant, a sweetener that has been used for centuries. Unlike sugar, stevia has a minimal effect on blood sugar levels, making it an excellent option for those managing diabetes, insulin resistance, or following a keto lifestyle.

Not only does stevia let you enjoy the satisfaction of sweets, but it also helps avoid the harmful effects of sugar, like energy crashes and spikes in blood sugar.

Why Low-Carb Brownies?

Cutting back on sugar is one of the best ways to improve overall health. Thankfully, you don’t have to give up your favorite desserts! These stevia brownies are proof that a healthy lifestyle and indulgent treats can go hand in hand.

Tips for Perfect 3 Ingredient Stevia Brownies

  1. Room Temperature Ingredients: Always use eggs, butter, and coconut oil at room temperature to ensure a smooth batter.
  2. For Fudgy Brownies: Use more butter or coconut oil for a denser texture.
  3. For Cakey Brownies: Decrease the fat-to-flour ratio and avoid overmixing.
  4. Don’t Overbake: Brownies dry out quickly, so keep an eye on them.
