Number Build Ten Frames Task Box

This Number Build Ten Frames Task Box combines number building with ten frame practice to help students understand quantities from 0–20. Students build the target number using linking cubes, then represent the same quantity on a ten frame. This hands-on activity supports number sense, counting, one-to-one correspondence, and visual quantity recognition.
How to use: Place the number build cards, ten frame cards, and linking cubes in a math task box. Students build the number first, then place cubes in the ten frame to show the matching quantity. Use the activity during math centers, morning tubs, intervention groups, independent practice, or special education instruction.
These ten frame task cards help students connect written numerals with concrete quantities while strengthening counting skills, visual number recognition, and fine motor development. They are ideal for kindergarten and early elementary math practice.
