Free Printable Numbers Cards

There are so many ways to use these number cards! Just be sure to laminate them for durability and you’re set. They also come with some recording sheets that you could use in these centers.

How to set up the cards:

Print the cards on card stock (you could choose to print 2 pages on one and you will end up with slightly smaller cards it’s totally up to you). and laminate them
Cut up the cards and organise the number digit cards in one pile and the number word cards in another.
Print the recording sheets (as many as you need for the number of students you are working with.

Game Ideas:

Order the Numbers

You could totally differentiate this activity and use numbers to 5 and 10 with different abilities. Have the kids say the numbers on each card as they lay them out in order.

Numbers Before and After

Use the recording sheets with this center that come with the FREE Printable Numbers Cards and have the kids choose a number card at random and then write the numbers that come before. Do the same with the Numbers After recording sheet.

Number Hunt

Do an easy number hunt activity. Ask the kids ‘where is the beat with the number ten?’ etc… You could either use the FREE Printable Numbers Cards digits or the word numbers.

Number Digit and WOrd Match

Use these cards on a pocket chart and have the kids match the number digits with their number word cards.

Missing Number

Hide one card from the deck after the kids have ordered the cards; simply flip it over. Or for more of a challenge, flip more than one over. Then, have the kids guess the missing number.
